Start New Dungeon with a boss and crew
Choose New Dungeon and pick a boss first. Then choose your four starting minions and spend their stat points. Pick a boss whose way of fighting makes sense to you, since you will use that boss to defend the dungeon while the crew handles day-to-day work.
Build a room and food loop before raiding
Mark a small area of rock with Mine, let the minions dig, and turn the space into rooms you can use. Set up food and beds before you send the crew on bigger jobs. Craft gear as you prepare for fights. Once the crew has somewhere to eat and rest, decide whether you want to expand the lair or attempt a raid.
